Go for Goals
Go for Goals is a targeted four-week therapy package designed to support you in working on a specific goal. The program is perfect for all ages and abilities, supporting you to achieve your goal with therapeutic intervention, assessments and treatment along with providing strategies and resources that you can continue to use at home.

Depending on your personal needs, your plan may include an initial assessment, targeted therapy intervention, a summary report, relevant resources and/or strategies, up to a total of 12 hours of service, plus travel time. This therapy package comprises of both face-to-face and non face-to-face components and can be completed via teletherapy for our regional customers.
Services are available at your home, via Teletherapy, or at the nearest Rocky Bay therapy hub. We understand that your schedule is important, so we’ll do our best to match your preference of days, times, and location depending on the availability of a therapist.
Please note that eligibility is based on having a signed service agreement for the requested service and sufficient allocated funds to cover the cost of the intensive therapy package.
