MyTime
MyTime is a free support group for parents and carers of children with disabilities or chronic medical conditions aged up to 18 years.
We provide a welcoming space for you to connect, share experiences, and find valuable resources. Your pre-school aged child is welcome to attend with you, if you wish, as we have a play leader on hand to provide activities for kids so you have time to connect with the group.

MyTime offers all the benefits of peer support, plus a skilled facilitator to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our Rocky Bay MyTime facilitator will be on hand to ensure all members of the group feel supported, no matter what stage you are at in your diagnosis journey. While our Rocky Bay therapist facilitates the group, it is important that these groups are parent-led; meaning you choose what to do and what to talk about.
