We are embarking upon a very exciting time as we reach new heights through the growth and evolution of Rocky Bay.

Recently we were thrilled to reveal to our customers the new look Rocky Bay, which reflects over two years of research involving our community of customers, staff and stakeholders. As we enter a new era within the sector, our refreshed look now accurately represents who we are, what we do, what we stand for and where we are going as an organisation.

The next time you receive The Scoop newsletter it too will have a fresh, colourful new look which we are very excited to share with you!

Over the next few weeks you will also start to see some changes to our staff uniforms, paperwork and emails, website, social media.

Our new logo illustrates our intrinsically held value of partnership with three links, symbolising individuals linking together to form a team. The contrasting sizes and colours of each shape capture the unique age, skills and needs of you, our customer, because we come in all shapes and sizes.

SUFFIX

The new suffix, Health + Community, provides clarity that Rocky Bay sits within these two markets and allows us to evolve and grow our services into the future.

Our new tagline, Your partner in possibility, also reflects the partnership we have with you, and the opportunities we support you to explore.

Why are you changing?

We are so proud of our rich history here in Western Australia and it will continue to be a part of who we are as an organisation.

As the sector evolves, we need to evolve with it to remain relevant and contemporary. Our new look captures the individuality and diversity of our customers, as well as our broad range of professional services.

What will change for me and is there anything I need to do?

There is nothing for you to do, we hope you enjoy this new era with us. Your services will not be affected but you will however see the changes being made across all of our Rocky Bay hubs and homes.

Did you involve customers in this project?

A research project which included a selection of customers, staff and the general public, indicated that it was time for a change to the look of Rocky Bay.

Customers will assist us with the testing of our new website, and as always we are open to and appreciate your feedback.

What changes am I going to see?

Wherever you currently see the Rocky Bay colours or logo, this will soon be changing to our new look.

Keep an eye out on the roads for our newly branded and colourful vans. You will also see changes to our:

  • Merchandise, forms and paperwork
