A good night’s sleep is essential to everyone’s health and well being.
If you or your child struggle to get to sleep, wake up through the night or too early, or find yourself in uncomfortable or painful positions, you may benefit from the support of one of our Occupational Therapists.
Addressing the situation will often include using a sleep diary, use of visual routines or stories and making the bedroom conducive for good sleep. Sometimes trialing equipment such as weighted blankets and postural supports may help.
