Sensory processing is the way you gather information from the world around you. It helps you to understand yourself and your environment, and can form the basis of your behaviours and actions.
If your senses are altered then the way you see, hear, smell and feel may make everyday tasks challenging. Our therapists can work with you to help you understand the different senses you experience by determining your sensory preferences and providing you with strategies which may help you to be more independent in everyday life.
