How do I know what’s in my NDIS Plan?

Prior to starting or renewing your 12 month NDIS Plan, you will meet with your NDIA Planner to assess your circumstances and understand more about what you require from your Plan over the next 12 months.

This provides you with the opportunity to provide input into what your Plan will look like.

The move to NDIS is one that will be undertaken on a national level to ensure that all Australians’ living with disability have continuity in access to services and funding.
It’s important for you to know what you require for your 12 month plan. Our Customer Engagement team offers a pre-plan consultation that explains services, processes you can expect to take place and provide you with contact information for help when you require it.
A Pre-Plan Consultation includes:

  • An outline of how the planning process works
  • An overview of the types of services funded
  • Access to planning tools
  • Preparation guidance for your NDIS Plan meeting
