Our therapists go mobile

We are excited to announce our therapists now have greater mobility when providing services to our customers!

As part of Rocky Bay’s commitment to improved innovation and efficiency in delivering services, customers will notice therapists will soon be armed with laptop during therapy sessions.

Therapists will be using laptops during therapy sessions for:

  • Updating information in real time
  • Completing case notes at the end of a session
  • Accessing your data and information, allowing them to make the most informed decisions possible as part of your therapy

By completing case notes at the time of your appointment, your therapist can complete a session in real time, allowing you to be involved in the process.

If you do not feel comfortable with the way your therapist is using their laptop, we encourage you to please let your therapist know as soon as possible, so they can adjust the way they use the device with you during your session.

Rocky Bay are always open to changing the way we do things, and our focus is always on our customers and providing the best possible service at all times.  If you have any questions or concerns about the use of mobile devices during therapy sessions, please speak with your therapist.
