Rocky Bay’s Mindful Movers group is a collaboration between our Therapy Professional Services program and Curtin University’s School of Occupational Therapy. The pilot group aims to reduce anxiety in young teens and arm them with coping strategies by using a combination of movement and mindfulness strategies.
