Every Australian Counts

Every Australian Counts 2016 Survey results are in! 2177 respondents completed the survey, including people living with disability, families & carers and people employed in the sector. The survey ran from November 2016-January 2017 and focussed on what’s working with the NDIS, and what needs to improve to make the NDIS the best it can be. View results now

K Care enters receivership

13th April 2017

Rocky Bay wishes to advise that equipment manufacturer K Care recently announced it had entered into receivership and has since halted trading. As a result, orders currently held by K Care may be delayed until further notice. Rocky Bay is working to establish when outstanding orders will be processed, and will contact all customers affected by K Care’s situation. Customers with questions or concerns are encouraged to speak to their therapists.
