The Australian Federal Government last week announced a Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability. Determination sees rehab success for Tony

Tony Kelly, a 48-year-old father of two girls, experienced a stroke in March 2016 that saw him spend two months in hospital. Upon discharge, Tony required assistance walking short distances and used a power wheelchair in most instances. He also needed help showering, getting into and out of his bed and wheelchair.
