We know it can be a confusing time as you transfer your plan from WA NDIS to the nationally-delivered NDIS, but the good news is that Rocky Bay is here to help!
Many of our customers recently received a letter from our Customer Engagement team about the transfer of their WA NDIS plan. For customers who have recently transferred to the NDIS and have provided us with your plan, please note you will continue to have access to the services you currently receive at Rocky Bay. We will update your Service Agreement to reflect this change and will now claim for your services through the NDIS.
If you have recently transferred from the WA NDIS to the NDIS and have not already done so, you will need to provide Rocky Bay with a copy of your NDIS plan at your earliest convenience to ensure that your services are not affected.
