Navigating urban spaces

Curtin University is seeking participants for their research on how people with disability use mobile phones to navigate urban spaces.

If you live with a vision impairment, a hearing impairment, are a wheelchair user or live with an intellectual disability and use smartphone, you’re invited to Curtin’s focus group discussion on your experiences.

The group can be run online in a closed discussion space or it can be conducted in person depending on the needs of the participants. The discussion should take no longer than one hour and will be recorded and transcribed.

All participants will be assigned an alias to protect your privacy.

Support Workers and carers of participants are welcome. Please contact [email protected] to register your interest.

Please note: This study has been approved by the Curtin University Human Research Ethics Committee (Approval Number HRE2017-0421).
