Rocky Bay is providing you with more options on how your funding is used for travel. With the introduction of the NDIS Price Guide comes an overall change in how travel looks in your plan.
What is travel?
Travel is the cost of a Rocky Bay employee travelling to you.
How is Rocky Bay charging travel?
When a Rocky Bay employee travels to you to provide services (e.g. to your home), a maximum of 20 minutes will be charged to your NDIS Plan as per the new NDIS Price Guidelines.
