Welcome to Lady Lawley Cottage in Cottesloe. Our vibrant hub for children and youth, located in the heart of Cottesloe. This beautifully restored heritage site is dedicated to disability support for children and young people under 24 years of age.
Lady Lawley Cottage (LLC) is dedicated to promoting health and wellbeing through early childhood intervention, inclusive community programs, youth respite, and family accommodation. We provide a comprehensive range of paediatric therapy services, along with complementary supports, all within a warm and welcoming, family friendly environment.
Lady Lawley Cottage features five buildings, each designed with children and youth in mind:
- Lady Lawley Cottage: Welcoming arrival point with reception, multipurpose rooms, and family-friendly spaces.
- Sandcastle: Dynamic therapy hub with a soft play gym, gaming room, accessible kitchen, and rehabilitation facilities.
- Starfish: Community focused activities centre fostering inclusion and social connection.
- Osprey: Family short stay accessible accommodation
- Norfolk Pines: Family short stay accessible accommodation
- Seabreeze Retreat: NDIS Short Term Accommodation (STA)/ Respite for youth developing independence and life skills

We're excited to offer purpose built accommodation in beautiful Cottesloe, designed with accessibility and comfort in mind. Families can enjoy our short stay accommodation in our two fully self contained units, an ideal option for regional families travelling to Perth for therapy, as well as those seeking an inclusive seaside getaway for the whole family. While children and young people can stay at our youth respite, Seabreeze Retreat.
