Holiday Operating Hours

The festive season is here and our holidays hours are as below:

• Our hubs and therapy services will be closed from Monday 22 December 2025 to Sunday 4 January 2026
• Community access services, respite and supported accommodation services will stay open
• All services and hubs will reopen on Monday 5 January 2026

While many of us take time to relax and celebrate, we know this time of year can feel different for everyone. If you need support, help is available.
