How can I get advice on whether equipment is suitable?

Your therapist can advise on if a piece of equipment is suitable.

An appointment with Rocky Bay therapists can be arranged if you are unsure.

Onsite consultation rooms can be booked to trial the equipment.

Our team of highly skilled technicians can help fine tune things. With expertise working on all forms of assistive technology whether it’s minor mods and adjustments or full customisation of equipment.

What sort of after sales equipment support and maintenance services are available?

We have a mobile technician servicing the Perth Metro area for reactive and preventative maintenance.

Are there NDIS or other funding payment options?

You can access our services if you have an NDIS or WA NDIS plan, Disability Services Commission funding, or if you want to fund your own services. We can also support you through the planning process if you do not have a plan already. What if something goes wrong with the equipment?

Please contact our team as soon as possible with proof of purchase so we can check the status of warranty, investigate the problem to and plan to rectify. Email the team at [email protected]

Is there warranty on refurbished equipment?

Details of the equipment and components covered will be on the warranty certificate supplied with purchase.

Note: Items sold “As is” do not come with a warranty.

Is the equipment sterilised?

Yes. All our refurbished equipment is sterilised. Our sterilisation service meets the ISO, Medical Device Directive, Standard 15883 part 7 requirements for non-thermo, chemical disinfection.  - ISO 15883.

Is delivery available?

Yes - we can arrange delivery for you via courier for an additional cost.

Do you have hire equipment available?

Yes, you can choose from a selection of manual wheelchairs, walking frames and commodes for hire. Click here for more information.
