Who is eligible for the $4,000 sign-on bonus?

Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists who join Rocky Bay are eligible for the sign-on bonus, subject to terms and conditions.

How do I claim the sign-on bonus?

Eligible new employees will receive details about the bonus during the onboarding process. Payment terms and timing will be outlined in your employment contract.

What is the ‘Refer a Friend’ offer?

If you refer a qualified Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist to Rocky Bay and they join our team, you could receive an additional $4,000 bonus.

How do I refer someone?
