Rocky Bay Equipment – new service tracking for customers!

Rocky Bay can repair and service wheelchairs and other mobility devices at our fully equipped workshop in Cockburn or at your home or office with our mobile service.

Rocky Bay Equipment also has a mobile service which operates within the Perth metro and Mandurah areas for most repair and service work.

Servicing can include:

  • Tyre and wheel repairs and replacement
  • Battery checks, repairs and replacement
  • Custom parts repairs and replacement

Scheduled servicing is a great way to prevent unexpected breakdowns. Just like a car service, you receive a report of the work done and recommendations for parts that may need replacing in the future.

Rocky Bay equipment are now also able to track service requirements for our customers!

Our new and efficient system will be able to record and keep track of customer owned equipment, such as wheelchairs, more efficiently and with greater ease. This means that when equipment is due for serving, an automated email will be sent directly to a customer as a reminder to book in their service.

The new process will also allow the team to keep track of where equipment is located, when repairs or servicing were last undertaken and what exactly was repaired.
