Who do we assist?
- Eligible Job Seekers
- Workers with a disability or a head injury.
What are the Eligibility Criteria?
- Individuals must be motivated to work in open employment
- Individuals need to have an understanding about the nature of work and demonstrate that they want to work
- Individuals need to be prepared to make a commitment to meet the working conditions set by the employer
- Individuals must have a disability or a head injury
- Individuals must live and work within the Perth Metropolitan area
- Rocky Bay Employment Services must have an available vacancy within their services
- Individuals must be deemed eligible for services by the relevant government authority and suitability assessments. All referrals are made through Centrelink
- Individuals must be willing to cooperate with staff to agreed upon employment preparation, job search and job support activities.
- Individuals must understand that there are certain circumstances where Rocky Bay
- Employment Services may choose to suspend or terminate its services to the individual as laid out in the Exit Criteria Policy and procedure.
- Individuals must not concurrently be in receipt of services from another employment agency
