- Covering personal accident and public liability insurance during a work trial so that you can make an independent assessment of the job seeker's suitability to your business
- Providing a Monitoring & Support Officer at no cost to mentor and supervise your new worker
- Paying a Wage Subsidy to compensate you for the additional settling in period the worker may require
- On-going support that responds to your identified needs
- Funding eligible Workplace Modifications
- Matching a job seeker to your workplace, thereby reducing your recruitment costs

Rocky Bay Employment Services Continuously have new motivated new job seekers available to start work. This means we are constantly searching for businesses who can provide work sampling opportunities to enable us to better understand our job seekers skills and abilities.
Alternatively you may have a position that would suit one of our many job seekers.
We have individuals looking for work in the following fields:

- Reception
- Data entry
- Graphics / Desktop publishing
- Animal attendant
- Factory hand
- Gardening
- Library
- Sales / Retail
All positions need to be a minimum of 8 hours a week on a pro rata wage to be eligible for our assistance. Many of our job seekers are looking for part-time employment.
