Rocky Bay School Age Therapy Services
Rocky Bay's School Age Therapy Services (SATS), provides occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech pathology services to school aged children attending years 1 to 12 in the Fremantle Peel Education districts.
Criteria for eligibility include:
- Registered with the Disability Services Commission L3 or eligible for Commission funded services at level 2;
- Enrolled in schools in Fremantle Peel Education districts or participating in an authorised home tuition program within these areas (Language Development Centre not included);
- Have an intellectual, physical, neurological or cognitive disability that is permanent or likely to be permanent;
- Be in receipt of, or eligible to receive, the Carer's Allowance or Disability Support Pension;
- Have a severe or profound disability (as defined by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS).
