Studio
The Studio is open Monday to Friday and runs group and individual programs including onsite and community based activities. The Studio supports on-site residential and community clients; providing programs which reflect personal choice.
Both clients from the Residence and the community make valuable use of the excellent facilities available in the Studio at Rocky Bay, Mosman Park. The Studio includes an extensive media room; enabling clients to access the internet, emails and develop communication skills. There is also a Wood Workshop which enables clients to explore and develop skills involving a range of modified equipment. The Wood Workshop produces a range of products including quality wooden toys.
Staff are enthusiastic and genuine in their desire to provide clients with a better quality of life. They not only provide physical assistance but in many cases develop a relationship, creating social opportunities and assisting clients to be better able to communicate, work and live in the broader community.
Other on-site options include, art, craft, sewing, pottery, ceramics, cooking, computer tuition, education groups, relaxation and sport and recreation.
