Community Living Services

Community Living Services offers support to people with disabilities living in the wider community.

Community Living Services aim is to provide a range of flexible support options in the community tailored to meet the individuals needs.  A variety of accommodation options are available; supporting the client in their own home, family home, or in one of Community Living's out of home respite options.  Community Living Services supports clientele in all aspects of daily living from personal care to assisting the client partake in and meet their community commitments.  

The Community Living Services Team are committed to promoting independence, choice, desision making and maximising clients community awareness. 

Services include:

• Southern Respite Service;
