Rocky Bay, formerly the Western Australian Society for Crippled Children, was founded in 1938. The organisation provides care and support to over 1,000 children and 500 adults living with disabilities.

Clinical - Optimise functional ability, health and wellbeing to minimise the impact of disability. |
Client Accommodation - Provide holistic care and supported accommodation options that enhance client independence and choice. |
Respite - To provide families and carers access to regular breaks from their duties as well as emergency support. |
Client Support - Facilitate and support clients to pursue individual interests and meaningful activities in their lives. |
Client Employment - Assist clients to obtain and maintain employment. |
Staff Training & Development - Ensure continuous improvement of knowledge, skills and understanding necessary for optimum service delivery. |
Corporate - Maintain the ongoing viability of the organisation through the optimum use of current financial, administrative, technological and human resources. |
Marketing - The Marketing Department supports Rocky Bay's Mission by raising funds and increasing awareness of the services provided by the organisation. |
