  • Our primary obligation is one of 'service'. This must accord precedence over all personal interests or views.
  • We must unfailingly respect the rights of others, particularly with regard to choice, privacy and the confidentiality of privileged information.
  • We must consistently observe the highest standards of propriety and honesty in all our work-related interpersonal relationships.
  • We must accept responsibility for expanding our professional knowledge and skill, and strive continuously to improve proficiency in the performance of our allocated duties.
  • Each of us must accept responsibility for the effective management of conflict and change.
  • We should each be concerned to avoid and to discourage any 'behind the scenes' discussion or actions likely to cause discord, or impugn on the personal or professional reputation of others.
  • We can contribute greatly to the welfare of the organisation by promoting and observing practices aimed at enhancing workplace safety, security and health.
  • We can assist 'teamwork' by offering encouragement and support to others in the performance of their assigned tasks.
  • We must each accept a shared obligation to contribute ideas and initiatives aimed at improving standards of service.
  • We should each understand, and be prepared to support, the Rocky Bay Inc. leadership in achieving the organisation's declared mission and objective.
