Rocky Bay Board

As a result of the 2009 Annual General Meeting held on Monday 19th October and the constitutional changes it invoked, the Rocky Bay Council is now renamed the Rocky Bay Board. Mr Peter Kallenberg and Mr Chris Catlow are the newest members to join the Board.

	Rob is also a Representative on the Board of Trustees of Crippled Children's Foundation.
Chairman - Rob Gray
	Ray is a finance consultant and a members of the Finance Committee.
Deputy Chairman - Ray Porter
	Jenny is a partner in the law firm Allens Arthur Robinson who provide pro bono legal advice to Rocky Bay.
Jenny Thornton
	Phillipa's medical background in the newly emerging field of Neurogenetics gives her a special interest in the clients of Rocky Bay.
Dr Phillipa Lamont
	Susan has been employed in strategic consulting and executive management roles and has a background in Occupational Therapy.
Susan Male
	As a former Director of the Disability Services Commission, Bruce has brought a wealth of knowledge to Rocky Bay Council.
Bruce Dufty
	Peter has been a client of Rocky Bay for almost 40 years. He previously sat on various committees and was a Board member in the 1990s. Peter has been member of Apex and owned and ran a small business with his wife.
Peter Kallenberg
Chris Catlow	Chris is an experienced executive in the international resources industry with over 25 years experience. He has held various senior roles in major operating companies and has considerable experience in raising both equity and debt for large resource projects. Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Durham, UK and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Chris and his wife Helga are the parents of a long term client of Rocky Bay.
Graham McHarrie	Graham is a former partner of Deloitte and an experienced board member with a professional background in financial reporting, compliance requirements, transaction due diligence, risk assessment and corporate governance. He has over 35 years professional experience as a Chartered Accountant and has held senior leadership roles as a partner of Deloitte to 2011, working in Perth, Brisbane, New Jersey and New York. Graham is a former member of the Deloitte Australia Board and a former Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Accounts, WA Council.
